For this occasion, private gardens of beautiful villas are open to the public in Lucca and its surroundings. As the camellia belongs to the family of tea plants, the only tea plantation in Italy is also open at this time. So we invite you to enjoy the splendid camellias in bloom by visiting parks and gardens. And if that isn’t enough the camellia visit can be combined with magnificent excursions of trekking on the Pisan Mounts.
